How long does it take to craft a piece? ▾
Each custom portrait requires 1 to 3 days of artisan crafting, involving precise CNC/hand pin planting and continuous manual stringing. Once completed, delivery within Nairobi takes 2–4 hours; upcountry takes next-day bus parcel.
How does upcountry Kenya delivery work? ▾
Pieces are packaged with two thick layers of bubble wrap sandwiched between rigid wooden/cardboard guards. We ship via trusted bus parcel services (Easy Coach, Modern Coast, Guardian, or Wells Fargo) and provide your waybill number immediately.
Will the strings ever loosen over time? ▾
No. We use industrial-grade high-tensile polyester filament and finish each completed piece with a specialized matte protective sealant that permanently locks the tension and repels dust.
